Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising standards and drive sales. You will communicate with store teams daily, educate staff on product lines, and complete tasks and displays with high accuracy to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service or sales experience.
• Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work may involve sitting, standing or walking throughout shift.
• Flexibility to work nights, overnights and weekends as required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance are required.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy by following instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects with required quality to maintain account aesthetics and above-average execution.
• Maintain knowledge of all company policies.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities, opportunities, and barriers.
• Use handheld device functions accurately and consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
