Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with some travel to other sites and flexible hours to meet operations.

You will welcome patients, schedule appointments, verify demographics, answer calls, collect co-pays, and support various clerical tasks to ensure high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma, GED, or Higher Education completed.
• One year of customer service work experience or interaction with the public required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Register new patients and schedule appointments for providers and services.
• Verify patient demographics and eligibility.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and direct inquiries per protocol.
• Collect co-pays and balance due; follow up on missed appointments.
• Maintain neat, professional work and waiting areas.
