Job summary

Voyage Healthcare MN is seeking a highly organized Front Desk Medical Receptionist Float to join our independent clinic in Osseo, MN. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify information, collect co-pays, and support front desk operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in a medical clinic.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic administrative tasks.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and professional environment by greeting visitors and patients in-person and by phone
• Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction through efficient appointment and procedure scheduling across multi-specialty, multi-location clinics
• Verify patient information with confidentiality; collect co-pays and outstanding balances
• Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures as needed
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure completion of required forms
• Follow procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
• Travel to other clinic locations to provide front desk support as needed (Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo, Plymouth)
• Performs other related duties as assigned
