Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Float Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with centers while traveling to multiple Twin Cities locations. This full-time role offers daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Responsibilities include registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and supporting imaging services. Prior medical office experience is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and process payments and copays.
• Answer phones and direct calls to Center Team Members.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and confirmations.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-authorizations for exams.
