Elevated Kids, a BCBA-founded autism care provider in Austin, TX, seeks a Behavior Analyst to guide clinical programming and partner with families within a flexible care model that includes home, community, and telehealth options.

You will lead the development of NDBI-based interventions, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support meaningful progress in daily life. Strong communication and clinical judgment are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (LBA) in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA care plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team.
