Youth Villages, Inc. seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to support at-risk youth and families in home-based settings. The role involves managing a small caseload, conducting regular sessions, and collaborating with providers to build strong, effective treatment plans.

A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $57,000 per year, commensurate with education and clinical license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Master’s degree in a social services discipline is preferred.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families is valued.

Responsabilités

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions 3 times a week.
• Documents accurately in EMR and coordinates with teams.

Formation
