Job summary

Family Life Care, Inc. seeks dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate in-home care across the community in Florida. Work includes ADLs, meals, safety checks, and memory care support, with opportunities to select long-term or recovery assignments.

Applicants should hold a Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate, CPR, and pass a Level II background check. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans preferred.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide certificate required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Driver's license and vehicle insurance preferred.
• Ability to pass Level II background check preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutrition aligned with dietary needs.
• Observe health status and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Provide companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain home cleanliness including light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer memory care support and ensure client safety.
