Family Life Care, Inc. is hiring dedicated CNAs and HHAs to deliver compassionate in-home care throughout Florida. You’ll assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, monitor health, and provide companionship to clients from children to seniors.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida CNA license or a 75-hour HHA certificate, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Prior home health experience is a plus, with strong observation and independence valued.

Competenze

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from a Florida- approved school.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Previous home health care or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong observational skills and ability to follow care plans.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent client/family communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Working smartphone familiarity.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs and monitor intake.
• Observe health status and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean living environment with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide memory care support and help ensure client safety.
