Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to deliver compassionate in-home care to our clients across Florida.

You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and monitor health status while following care plans and maintaining safety. A Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate is required, along with CPR certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from a school approved through the State of Florida.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Previous home health care experience preferred.
• Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions.
• Ability to perform meal prep, laundry, and light cleaning.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following care plans.
• Working smart phone.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure clients receive nutritious meals matching dietary needs.
• Perform patient observation to monitor changes in health and report concerns to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain client living environment cleanliness with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Provide memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments, ensuring safety and cognitive engagement.
