Job summary

Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to deliver compassionate in-home care in Florida. You will assist with ADLs, prepare meals, monitor health, provide companionship, and perform light housekeeping while following care plans.

Requirements include a Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate, CPR, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a Level II background check. Prior home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate from an approved school.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs and ensure nutrition.
• Observe health status and report concerns to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Maintain client home cleanliness with daily housekeeping tasks.
• Provide memory care support and ensure client safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families; follow care plans.
