Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients across the United States. You control your schedule and preferred shifts through the CareLinx app, while our team handles matching you with suitable opportunities based on location and needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Must have access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged to apply
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Program-specific training and medical clearance may apply

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, grooming and dressing, and non-clinical medication reminders
• Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety in the home
• Additional shift opportunities based on client needs, such as transportation, hospital discharge escort, or Telehealth navigation
