Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is recruiting experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients. You’ll be matched with clients based on location, needs, and your availability, with the control to choose shifts that fit your schedule.

Onboarded caregivers work with the CarePartner team to ensure accurate task completion, timely documentation, and professional, compassionate care in clients’ homes while maintaining privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training and medical clearances may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartners regarding case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.
