Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. through CareLinx by Sharecare is recruiting experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical in-home care to health plan members and private clients across the country.

You will join a team that matches you with clients based on location, needs, and availability, giving you control over your schedule while we handle the matching process. Caregivers work with the CarePartner team to receive the right matches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs): Transportation and errand support, Hospital discharge escort — safely accompanying members home after discharge, Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits.
