Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support in client homes in Centreville, MD. The role operates as a 1099 contractor with part-time/per-diem shifts, and caregivers control their availability via the CareLinx app.

You'll join the CarePartner team, match with clients based on location and needs, and deliver companionship, ADLs support, light housekeeping, and timely reporting through the app.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx app each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets through the CareLinx app on time.
• Communicate with CarePartner about case updates or client changes.
