Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare seeks experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support to health plan members and private clients in your area.

As a part-time caregiver, you'll join a nationwide registry, set your availability in the CareLinx app, and get matched to clients that fit your schedule and goals. You control how much you work while CareLinx handles the matching and administration.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged to apply.
Reliable transportation to client homes.
Must pass a background check.
Program-specific training and medical clearance may apply (TB test, physical exam, or drug screening).
Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Additional shift opportunities may include transportation and errand support, hospital discharge escort, and Telehealth navigation.
