Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical in-home care within client homes around Fox Island, WA. You control your schedule via the CareLinx app, choosing part-time and per-diem shifts while we handle the matching.

Onboarded caregivers work with the CarePartner team to receive the right matches based on location and availability, with emphasis on privacy, dignity, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Must have access to smartphone for CareLinx app.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
