Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Charlevoix, MI. You will set your availability in the CareLinx app and be matched to shifts that fit your schedule and goals.

We offer part-time/per-diem opportunities with flexible hours. You’ll help clients with daily living activities, maintain privacy and safety, and work with the CarePartner team to find the right matches.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
Reliable transportation to client homes; valid driver's license may be required.
Must pass a background check.
Program-specific requirements may apply depending on assignment (training, TB test, physical, etc.).
Strong compassion, reliability, and professionalism in client care.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (companion care, meal prep, mobility, bathing/grooming, non-clinical medication reminders).
Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate updates or changes to clients and CarePartners.
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.
Maintain client confidentiality.
