Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced in-home caregivers in Ventura, CA to provide non-clinical care to health plan members and private clients. Work through the CareLinx app to view shifts, set availability, and be matched to clients.

You’ll perform ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, and report changes to the care team. This role offers part-time, on-site shifts with scheduling flexibility and the potential for ongoing per-diem work, all while ensuring client privacy and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs and provide companionship.
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time via the app.
• Communicate case updates to the CarePartner team.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and safety at all times.
• Handle additional tasks like transportation per client needs.
