Burlington Stores is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help prevent theft and create a safe shopping environment at our Euclid store. You will greet customers warmly, stay aware of surroundings, and support leadership in executing shortage reduction programs.

The role requires ability to stand for long periods, effective communication, and a commitment to safety. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays may apply.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Greet customers with a confident, friendly, and energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Communicate theft prevention information during store rallies.
