Job summary

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and create a secure environment.
Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and energetic greeting.
Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
