Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute our standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store associates, educate staff on features of client brands, and execute tasks, resets and displays with accuracy while maintaining account aesthetics and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management
• Educate customers and staff on client brands and product lines
• Execute tasks, resets, displays with accuracy following instructions
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Merchandising and execution of assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information
• Daily communication with Territory Sales Lead on activities and opportunities
• Operate handheld device effectively
• Report successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager and Territory Lead
