Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store execution and sales alignment with retailer and client expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate daily with the Territory Sales Lead.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store teams, educating on brand features, and accurately executing displays and projects while maintaining confidentiality and policy adherence. A flexible schedule is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional heavy lifts with assistance.
• Valid driver's license required as travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands.
• Execute tasks, projects and displays with accuracy following provided instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations and account aesthetics.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects to standard quality and accuracy.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and sales opportunities.
• Utilize handheld device functions effectively.
