Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination with the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store personnel, educate customers on brands, and execute displays and projects with accuracy. A flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver's license; travel to multiple locations may be necessary.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and products.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations and account aesthetics.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
