Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

The position supports flexible hours with benefits for both full- and part-time associates, and requires lifting up to 50 lbs and travel to additional locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management through daily communication.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy according to instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily to the Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
