Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager, with daily guidance from the Territory Sales Lead.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and access to a computer and internet.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Reliable access to computer and internet.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and staff on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high-quality work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
