Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. Under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager, daily communication with the Territory Sales Lead is expected.

You will build rapport with store personnel, educate on brand features, and complete projects and displays with high quality while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy following provided instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and sales opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
