You will monitor entrances, greet customers with a friendly, energetic demeanor, and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or related fields and can stand for long shifts in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits to deter theft and create a secure shopping environment.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic welcome and provide excellent service.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
