Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a willing Crew Person to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible and accountable for performing tasks as assigned, providing every guest with a positive experience, preparing quality food, and keeping the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for guests and staff.

Key duties include following guest service guidelines, working stations, ensuring hot, quality products, adhering to food safety, handling cash controls, communicating effectively, and performing other duties

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines to ensure superb service.
• Work assigned station; clean and stock; assist with other duties.
• Prepare and deliver hot, quality food according to standards.
• Adhere to food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements.
• Follow cash control guidelines and use supplies efficiently.
• Demonstrate oral communication with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
