Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to join our restaurant team. You will help deliver a positive guest experience by preparing quality meals, maintaining cleanliness, and working at your assigned station with efficiency and care.

You will adhere to health and safety guidelines, handle cash according to procedures, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment through reliable attendance and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines to ensure guests receive SUPERSTAR Service.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s).
• Ensures guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products per company procedures; follows food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follows all company cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; uses products, supplies, and equipment properly.
• Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
