Job summary

Lowe's Stores seeks a Sales Specialist to be one of the first associates customers meet, helping them find products and turn ideas into reality. You will explain specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, or Windows & Walls, with opportunities to grow through bonus programs and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe's products.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, manage orders and installations.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for stock and pricing policy adherence.
• Train associates and coach for development; perform other duties as assigned.
