Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement.

You will assist with locating merchandise, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers part-time hours with flexible schedules and access to health benefits, educational opportunities, and a company 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver great service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and bundle items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
