Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years working in food/beverage or hospitality.
• One (1) year of bartending experience unless waived.
• Must obtain ABC certified server training.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and guest service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Promote and document drink orders; recite call and premium brands.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages per specifications.
• Input orders at POS and manage checks and payments.
• Ensure age verification for alcohol service.
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory as directed by supervisors.
