Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required unless waived by HR.
• Six months of Food & Beverage work experience preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Pre-busses, clears and resets tables ensuring cleanliness.
• Carries dirty dishes to kitchen; wipes surfaces with damp sanitized cloth.
• Sets tables with silverware and glassware and napkins.
• Replenishes napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes in restaurant.
• Greets guests professionally and cordially.
• Assists servers and bartenders as needed.
• Attends departmental meetings and follows health/safety guidelines.
• Reports maintenance or housekeeping discrepancies promptly.
• Provides prompt, courteous guest service following casino standards.
