Responsibilities

• Pre-busses, clears and resets tables; keeps area clean and presentable.
• Carries dirty dishes from the restaurant to the kitchen; wipes surfaces.
• Sets tables with silverware, glassware and napkins.
• Replenishes clean napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes.
• Greets guests professionally and provides timely service assistance.
• Assists servers and bartenders with restocking and side work.
