Job summary

SIXT in Miami is seeking a customer-focused team member for a full-time role. You will welcome customers, ensure a smooth return experience, and help keep our fleet in top condition. The job pays an hourly rate of $18.

You’ll inspect vehicles, handle final charges, upsell SIXT products, and assist with fleet movements across locations. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, a valid US driver’s license, and willingness to work 40 hours weekly with day or evening

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record; eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers on arrival and provide a friendly return experience.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; report issues as needed.
• Complete return transactions and explain final charges to customers.
• Promote SIXT products and services during interactions.
• Tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to the correct location.
• Work in various weather conditions and assist with additional tasks as needed.
