Job summary

SIXT is hiring in Houston to deliver excellent customer service during vehicle returns and to keep the fleet well managed. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles, and ensure accurate final charges.

This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth, with hourly pay of $18.50. A background in hospitality or sales is a plus, and you must be able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service or hospitality preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and deliver a friendly return experience.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage and report issues.
• Complete return transactions and explain final charges.
• Promote SIXT products and services during returns.
• Tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to correct locations.
• Work in various weather conditions and support business needs.
