Job summary

SIXT at Miami International Airport is seeking a Customer Service Return Agent to greet customers, inspect vehicles, and manage smooth returns. You will explain final charges and promote SIXT products, helping maintain a seamless fleet flow.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, day/evening shifts, and an hourly pay of $18. Uniforms are provided and opportunities for growth are available within the Branches & Operations department.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• You are 18+ with a valid driver's license and no sponsorship required.
• You possess basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at arrival and deliver a friendly return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; report issues.
• Complete return transactions and advise on final charges.
• Promote SIXT products and services during returns.
• Identify vehicles for maintenance and move to correct location.
• Work in various weather conditions; perform additional tasks as needed.
