Team Gillman Honda North Houston’s premier Honda store seeks highly motivated individuals for our Elite BDC department. You will maintain connections with customers through calls, emails, and texts, and help generate appointments and quotes from leads.

Qualifications

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, video, digital retailing, live chat, and texts.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to multi-task.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player traits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; goal-oriented and CSI-focused.
• Experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming leads for sales department.
• Generate appointments and quotes by proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers.
• Answer product and service questions via phone and internet to attract and retain clients.
• Contribute to high CSI scores and customer satisfaction.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online sources.
• Check email frequently and respond promptly.
• Perform outbound follow-up calls on sold and unsold opportunities.
• Respond to phone, text, video, and email inquiries professionally.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
