Qualifications

• 3–4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including weekends and extended hours.
• Self-starter with motivation and strong teamwork.
• Working knowledge of all branch transaction products and services.
• Keeps current with systems used for branch processing.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to support teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs in a timely fashion, offering appropriate financial products.
• Evaluates client needs through needs-based conversations to build relationships.
• Perform routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments.
• Support branch growth and profitability by implementing sales and service initiatives.
• Aim to meet/exceed both individual and team sales, service and operations goals.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies.
