Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings in Mapleton, PA.

The DSP will assist with daily living activities, nutrition, mobility, and health monitoring, promoting independence, dignity, and community participation while adhering to ISP/IPP plans and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred experience in caregiving, home health, or direct support for individuals with IDD.
• Experience in community-based or residential settings preferred.
• Ability to use EVV and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities
