Job summary

Addus HomeCare is urgently hiring a Flex Home Care Aide - Core to support seniors and individuals with disabilities living at home. The role requires on-call coverage 5 days per week, with at least one weekend day, and 40 hours per week (20 hours guaranteed).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation; if by car, a valid driver''s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Call the office each morning for assignment.
• Follow established care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments and runs, and assist with errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client''s condition.
