Qualifications

• 5 days per week with at least one weekend day
• 40 hours per week with 20 hours guaranteed
• On-call for 24-hour shifts
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Call into the office each morning for assignment
• Follow care plans and report completed tasks
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing)
• Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal prep, and laundry
• Transport client to appointments and errands
• Assist with self-administration of medications
• Observe and report changes in client condition
