Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
• Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy per Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Build caregiver confidence using family-centered coaching.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community).
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal rules.
