Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist to deliver home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers in California.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop strategies with families, and provide coaching to caregivers in their natural environment. Licensure as a California Speech Language Pathologist is required; pediatric EI experience is preferred, and Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services in clients' homes and community settings.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in natural environments, document progress bi-annually, and maintain confidentiality.
