Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to provide early intervention services to infants, toddlers and their families in home and community settings across California. Therapists create flexible schedules while delivering evidence-based therapy.

Must have a California Speech Language Pathology license and pediatric experience. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential, and Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• CA SLP license is required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment; home, daycare, community settings, and virtual options.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and relevant regulations.
