Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks a Speech Therapist to serve infants, toddlers and their families through home-based Early Intervention services. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team delivering therapy in children’s homes and community settings, with virtual options available.

The role emphasizes family coaching, individualized family service plans, and collaboration with families to achieve developmental goals. California licensure and pediatric EI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license.
• Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred).
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments, provide speech therapy services.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and develop strategies with the family.
• Use family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills.
• Provide services in natural environments; homes, daycare centers, or community settings; virtual services available.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
