Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver early intervention services to infants, toddlers and families across California. Therapists provide services in homes and community settings, with virtual options available.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to reach goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence.
• Provide services in homes, daycares, and community settings; virtual services available.
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports; maintain confidentiality.
