Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide in-home early intervention services to infants and toddlers and their families across California.

You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering therapy in natural environments, with flexible scheduling and travel to families' homes. Licensure as a California Speech-Language Pathologist is required, with pediatric EI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and help families developStrategies to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
