Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our home-based Early Intervention team in California. You will work with infants and toddlers and their families, providing developmental assessments and PT services in natural environments.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and ensure progress generalization.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment, including homes and community settings.
• Complete re-assessments and progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of child and family information.
