Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver in-home early intervention services to infants and toddlers. You will work in families’ homes and community settings, providing PT services and developing strategies with families to support developmental goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, potential sign-on bonus up to $1000, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility for benefits. Prior EI experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• DPT license required in California.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and work with families to reach developmental goals.
• Build caregivers’ confidence and skills through family-centered coaching.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community settings).
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
